Shipping

• Carrier & Region: All orders are processed and shipped within the United States via premium carriers to ensure secure delivery.
• Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for our studio to prepare your order for shipment.
• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number to monitor your delivery.
• Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the dimensions of the selected artwork.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
• Initiating a Return: To begin the process, please contact our concierge at Alexabsenia@gmail.com with your order number.
• Exclusions: Please note that custom-printed textile designs and personalized commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
